“Usagi” is where they serve organic ramen. They use rare flour from Nagano for noodle. And for soup, they mix three kind of soup, one based on chicken, one based on fish and one based on kelp.

“Dogenzaka Mammoth” is located where you go up Dogenzaka after getting out of Shibuya station. You can eat Tsukemen with thick noodle and soup based on gyokai tonkotsu at this place.
You can choose noodle from two kinds of noodle. You have to walk a little from Hachiko statue but we would like you to try at least once!
