Sukitei Yoshitora
“Sukitei Yoshitora”, located in Kawagoe City of Saitama, has been loved by the local for 140 years since its opening in 1877. Inside the restaurant is devided by 2 areas; one is the main building and one is an annex and you are able to feel a nostalgic atmosphere. How they cook Sukiyaki hasn’t changed a bit since its opening, and because a brand of the beef is not always the same, staff will explain what beef you can taste on the day.

“Niku no Nagomi” is a sophisticated restaurant in Kitami City, Hokkaido. As it is owned by a butcher, they use only the selected serloin which is matured for 30 days.
But not only for meat, they have a sense for eggs too – they import 2 kinds of eggs; Acarona which has a blue shell, and Omoide Tamago which has a red shell. The northernmost land, Hokkaido. If you are planning to visit Hokkaido, Niku no Nagomi is an amazing place to eat out!

Located in Ishinomaki City, Miyagi – “Shoku Ishikawa” is a restaurant which has a calm atmosphere with a wood stove. The restaurant itself is quite small with just 3 private rooms, but the dishes served here are guaranteed.

This is one of the first restaurants offering Matsuzaka Beef in Matsuzaka City of Mie, “Wadakin”.
