Asahikawa soy sauce ramen is one of the three best ramen in Hokkaido. Normally this broth made from pork bone, chicken stock and fish broth but they added their original twist to include seaweed, more fish and vegetables. Their secret recipe hasn’t changed for 70 years.

You should come here not only for delicious soba but because of the elegant design of the restaurant. When you step in, you will be surprised by the really high ceiling, gorgeous chandelier and beautiful stained glass. The house was built in 1933 and opened as a restaurant in 2012. 9. Softcream no Kura
