This shop is extremely famous among dessert shops in Hokkaido. During the day they serve ice-cream as “Ice-cream Penguin Do” and at night they serve parfaits with alcohol as “Barlor Penguin Do”. The styles are completely different yet amazing from day to night!

Morihiko Coffee, which is in a neighborhood near Maruyama Park, is found in a renovated older home. The homemade coffee is dripped through flannel instead of paper for an amazing flavor in a relaxed environment.

There is no one in Hokkaido who has not heard of the famous dairy processor “Yotsuba (Four-leaf clover)”. This shop is directly managed by Yotsuba. Here you can have marvelous treats made with Tokatchi milk.

Especially at the shop in Paseo, you can find completely white Tokatchi soft serve parfaits and other options such as ice-cream flavors only found in Hokkaido. 7. Ishiya Cafe

“Shiroi Koibito (White Lovers)” is one of the most famous souvenirs of Hokkaido. “Ishiya Cafe” is run by the producer of these cookies. Their “Shiroi Koibito soft serve” is made from their white chocolate and Hokkaido milk. This is used to create parfaits, pancakes, dessert pizzas and other menu items that can only be found here.
