“Niku no Kappou” is a Yakiniku restaurant which has a several shops within Hokkaido. It was started as the butcher, known as “Tamura Seinikuten” opened in Bihoro Town. They use only the beef produced in Hokkaido, and purchased the whole cattles of “Bihoro Wagyu Beef”, “Abashiri Wagyu Beef”, and “Tsubetsu Wagyu Beef” to serve the authentic Yakiniku.

Although I have introduced some restaurants owned by the butcher, this restaurant is operated by the farm specialising in Furano Beef. Furano Beef has its unique feature that it has a low melting point – and thus it has a melting feeling when you put it into your mouth.
When you try those high quality beef, just have it as it is! Shabu Shabu of Furano Beef comes with “Fafi” egg yolks and tastes great.

There are quite a few Yakiniku restaurants directly operated by the butchers, and this restaurant is one of them. They purchase the whole cattle of “Biratori Wagyu” produced in Biratori Town located in the southwestern part of Hokkaido. It is acutually a surprising fact that many restaurants in Sapporo purchase the whole cattle to serve. A beautifully cut short rib costs only 500 yen.
