11.【Nara Prefecture】 Traditional local gourmet! Nara Persimmon Leaf Sushi “Sohonke Hirasoh Nara Store”
It was founded at the end of Edo. Hirasoh is a long-established shop of Persimmon Leaf Sushi. You can eat one of Oshizushi, which can retain the freshness of fish, that was born only in Nara Prefecture where there is no sea.
