“Iekei souhonzan Yoshimurake” is located 4 minutes walk from JR Yokohama station. It is said the first restaurant that started “family ramen”. Their ramen is based on pork with strong soup and thick noodle and soft pork. It always have waiting line. They also have 6 brunches in Kanto area.

The soup is made from 5 in the morning. They don’t use frozen green vegetables for topping so the topping is different every day. The soup is very tasty, you can add garlic or vinegar if you want. Enjoy local Yokohama ramen!

“Inoue” is located 8 minutes walk from JR Nambu line Shitte station. They have strong dried small sardines soup. Thin noodle matches their strong soup. Miso ramen is also popular.

It is in living area and has only 3 counter seats and 1 table seat but it is always full. If you come to Yokohama, visit this place!

“Memba Hamatora” is located 5 minutes walk from JR Yokohama station and looks pretty that makes women and kids easy to go. They use original noodle that matches strong soup.

As side menu, they serve steamed dumplings. They are home made. Our suggestion is “Shiogamo soba”. They don’t use water for soup and it’s very tasty. Please try it!

“Ishin Shoten” soup is based salt and soy source. They use thick noodle that matches their soup. If you like ramen, this place will satisfy you. They close on Sunday, so be careful.

There are only 19 counter seats. It is a little far from the closest station but they have parking lot that can park 9 cars, so you can go by car too.

This place is far from the stations but they have parking lot for 4 cars. Please stop there when you go drive.

It is a Chinese restaurant that is located at 8 minutes from Minatomirai station and Chukagai station by foot. “Santon 2-go-ten” is famous for boiled stickers that was opened 30 years ago. They have lots of menu other than that too.

There are 93 seats including private room for 10 to 20 people, so even if you go with group, it should be fine. If you want to taste real Chinese food, this place is good to visit!
