This is an Ochazuke specialized restaurant in Arashiyama. Their popular item is “Red snapper Chazuke” and you can enjoy it in three different ways – Sashimi, donburi style and ochazuke.
First, start with sashimi dipping it into sesami sauce. Then, put those sashimi on top of rice to make donburi style. Finally, pour hot green tea all over it and enjoy it as ochazuke.

This restaurant is located very close to Togetsukyo and they received michelin 3 stars.
